There are two ways to add widgets: firstly you can just click it and it is appended to the end, alternatively you can drag it from the toolbox and drop it where you would like it. After a widget is added you alway have the ability to move it by dragging it to its desired location.
Paragraphs can be written as full width paragraphs and allow for
bold italic and
links which are colored with the theme. To create vertical space within a paragraph simply hit return
vertical space between widgets can be created using the "Space/Divider" widget located in the toolbox, this widget also creates various divider lines.
Paragraphs and other elements can also be set as columns of varying widths, this one is a quarter width and the next is 3/4. When widths are set the object now floats to the left. After a series of these it is often helpful to place a "Space" widget at the end to level set the sections.

If you want an image to blend into a paragraph place the image before the paragraph select left or right and use the collapse option on the image. Also as with the previous paragraph you can set the color on individual paragraphs.
